When the requirements exceed Essential, we define the website around the operation instead of forcing the operation into a preset package.

How pricing works
The $2,400 implementation price is a starting point, not a universal price for every custom project.
We first evaluate what the project actually requires. The proposal then defines scope, responsibilities, implementation investment, timeline and ongoing management.
Scope Session
Some projects are straightforward enough to quote after an initial evaluation.
Others require substantial research, architecture or solution design before an accurate proposal can be prepared. In those cases, Máximo Retorno may recommend a paid Scope Session.
The price and conditions are presented before the session, and when applicable the amount may be credited toward the final implementation if the project moves forward.
Ongoing management
Management starts at $190/month and varies with the actual operational needs of the project. More complex websites may require additional monitoring, infrastructure, support or ongoing technical work, and those requirements are defined in the proposal.
