Máximo Retorno, represented by Eddier Naranjo, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy requests can be sent to eddier@maximoretorno.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the form or feature you use, we may collect your name, email address, business name when relevant, website address, answers submitted through the diagnosis, information submitted through service inquiry forms, referral and campaign information, and technical or security information needed to operate and protect the site.

3. How we use the information

We use the information to generate diagnosis results, respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, provide the follow-up you explicitly authorized, operate and secure the website, and understand aggregate site performance.

4. Diagnosis follow-up

The diagnosis asks for explicit authorization before follow-up messages are scheduled. Those messages relate to the diagnosis and its recommendation. You can stop that follow-up using the unsubscribe option provided in the emails.

5. Cookies and measurement

We use essential technologies required for operation and security. Measurement tools such as Google Analytics are used according to the consent configuration presented on the site.

6. Service providers

We use service providers including Cloudflare for security verification, Resend for email delivery, Supabase for application data, and Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

7. Data retention and requests

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, provide the requested diagnosis, conduct authorized follow-up, maintain operational records, or meet legal and security obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to eddier@maximoretorno.com.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated when our services, technology or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
